Andr? Matheson started in the industry in 1975 sweeping floors and completing several maintenance tasks at a local Suzuki, Mercury and Stihl dealership. In late 1977, Andre progressed within the industry and began a career as full time mechanic, working on all small engines. In approximately 1979, When Volta/Electrolux bought Husqvarna AB to Australia, Andre was instrumental in founding Husqvarna in Ballarat, with the help of sales representative Ian Wilkes. From there, Andre was then involved in Victoria?s first ever sales conference and began becoming involved in future service schools and training workshops and more demonstrating Andre?s knowledge and expertise that he has acquired through his many years in the industry.
